Teams Chats (Messaging and Calling)
The Messaging and Calling tools work much like those found on a mobile device, making communication simple and intuitive.
- Group Chats:
You can create group chats to collaborate with your team. Members can be added or removed as people join or leave the department.
- Chat History: All messages are saved, so new members can view past conversations to get up to speed quickly.
- Continuity: This ensures that important information and context are never lost, even as teams change.
- Calling:
You can make voice or video calls directly within the chat interface. This feature is especially useful for quick check-ins or remote collaboration.
These tools help maintain smooth communication and ensure everyone stays informed and connected.
