  • Each coupon is sold at the retail price of the item it represents. Please note that pricing may vary dependant on updates to retail costs. Refer to the chart below for pricing on commonly ordered coupons. If you have additional questions, contact us at (801) 422-4935.

    Departments spending more than $2,500 at any campus location will also receive a 10% discount.

  • We encourage departments to use campus cards whenever possible. Please note that credit card purchases will include sales tax in the total.

  • All coupons are billed at the time the order is placed, rather than when the coupons are redeemed.

  • Large orders or requests for less common coupons may take additional time, as new codes may need to be generated and coupons printed before pickup. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

    We appreciate your patience and look forward to providing your coupons as quickly as possible!

  • When placing your order, please choose either in-person pickup or electronic delivery. Coupon delivery is no longer available, so we encourage departments to select the option that best fits their needs.

  • Same-day pickup may be available! If you need to place a last-minute order, please call us at (801) 422-4935, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

  • Our department is committed to ensuring that the value of the coupons we sell does not diminish, even if item prices change. If you experience a price increase on the item your coupon covers, please contact us at (801) 422-4935, and we will work with you to resolve the situation.

  • To maximize the value of your coupons, we encourage departments to distribute coupons promptly so recipients have plenty of time to use them before their expiration.

    However, if your coupons are about to expire, please contact us at (801) 422-4935 or dining@byu.edu, and we’ll gladly exchange them for updated coupons.
