Quick Pay Stands
Quick Pay stands operate without a cash register or KDS tablet. Customers scan a QR code to place their order, then show the order confirmation screen to the stand to pick up their food.
Quick pay stand operators should remember:
- Make sure to place any non-permanent QR code signs in an easy-to-scan location.
- If a customer is confused, start by offering to help. If they seem agitated and don't want want to use mobile ordering, let them know where the nearest in-person stand with similar items is located.

- Adjust item inventories, or to turn an item on or off.
- If a refund needs to be issued. If so, please include the 4-digit order number, the customer's name, and phone number. Use your phone number as the callback number.
