Express Pickup Stands

Express Pickup stands have customers place their order on a personal device. Customers can access the menu by using the interactive stadium map, or scanning the QR code at the stand. After placing the order, customers should wait in line at the stand to pick up their order. When the customer gets to the front of the line, stand attendants look up the order on the xPedite Tablet, gather order items, give order items to customer, then mark the order as "Closed".

Express pickup stand operators should remember:

  • Only use the order statuses "Being Prepared" and "Closed". New orders will queue on the xPedite table under "Being Prepared". Mark the order "Closed" once order items have been given to the customers.
  • Only use the cash register for customers who have a voucher. All other customers should use mobile ordering.

Please contact tech support for any system support needed during the event, including:

  • Show or hide menu items from the mobile menu.
  • To turn off mobile ordering when your stand is closing.
