Paying with Virtual Currency
Using Virtual Currency at Quick Pay Locations
- Scan the QR code posted near the Quick Pay location. This will direct you to the menu for that location.
- Make sure you are logged in. If not, log in by clicking in the top right corner of your screen.
- Enter your phone number.
- Enter the confirmation code sent to your phone.
- On the menu screen, select the item you would like to order.
- Select "Order Now".
- At the bottom of the payment screen, make sure that Virtual Currency is turned on.
- Select "Order Now".
- Your item is now ready for pickup. You will have 5 minutes to present the order details screen to the employee at the Quick Pay location.
- If you close out of the order details screen, you can reopen it by selecting the 3 lines in the top left corner of the screen.
- Select "My Wallet".
- Select "Orders".
- Select the order you need to pick up.
Using Virtual Currency at Express Pickup Locations
- Go to https://byuconcessions.ordernext.com/
to view locations and their menus. - Make sure you are signed in. If not, log in by clicking in the top right corner of your screen.
- Enter your phone number.
- Enter the confirmation code sent to your phone.
- Select a location and the menu item you would like to order.
- Select "Order Now".
- On the payment screen, make sure that Virtual Currency is turned on.
- Select "Order Now".
- The state of your order will be displayed at the top of your screen.
- Select "Text me order status" to get text message updates on the status of your order.
- When order is ready, go to location for item pickup.
Using Virtual Currency at the Register (POS)
- Place the order with an employee.
- When it comes time to pay, choose to pay with the app.
- On the POS screen, a QR code will appear.
- On your phone go to https://byuconcessions.ordernext.com/
and make sure you are signed in. - If you are not signed in, sign in by clicking in the top right corner of your screen.
- Enter your phone number.
- Enter the confirmation code sent to your phone.
- Now select the three lines in the top left corner of the screen.
- Select "My Wallet".
- Select "Scan & Pay".
- Now scan the QR code displayed on the POS to pay for your order.
- If there is not enough Virtual Currency on your account to pay for your entire order, the rest of your order must be paid by credit card on your phone.
- Enter credit card information and finish paying for your order.
