New Creamery Construction
BYU is constructing a new Creamery on Ninth East. Construction for the new building is under way and on track to be completed by October 2025.
BYU is excited to announce the construction of a new Creamery on Ninth East. The current structure is over 80 years old and a new building will power BYU's beloved Creamery experience into the future with increases in square footage for both the grocery store and the restaurant. Construction began in late August of 2024 and should be completed in late 2025.

The new building will be built just west of the current store. Construction will follow a two-phase approach to ensure the Creamery can continue operations throughout the project.
- Phase 1: New store is built just west of the current building.
- Phase 2: Old store is demolished and replaced with parking.
