"Paragraph1": "Reservation of the Skyroom includes a consultation with our Event Manager or BYU Catering Sales Associate to plan every detail of the event. It also includes exclusive use of the Skyroom for a 3-hour block, as well as room set-up including guest tables and chairs, linens, glassware, silverware and customer choice of some simple centerpiece elements we keep on hand. The facility fee includes all takedown and cleanup.",
