Overview

The Skyroom’s gorgeous views, elegant atmosphere, gourmet catering, and exceptional service make it the perfect location for any special event. Our professional event staff will take care of all the details so you and your guests can enjoy the occasion.

Availability

The Skyroom can accommodate up to 135 guests for a seated meal and up to 300 guests for a flowing reception. The Skyroom is available for BYU department events, private events including office and corporate parties and dinners, family reunions and wedding events including engagement parties, Anniversaries, wedding day lunches, rehearsal dinners and flowing receptions: Monday- Friday 5:00pm – 10:00pm, Saturday 10:00am – 10:00pm

Facility Features

The facility fee includes exclusive use of the Skyroom for your scheduled time (a three-hour block) and includes a consultation with our event manager and event coordinator to plan every detail of your event. The fee also includes room set up including guest tables and chairs, linens, glassware, and silverware.

Reservations

To reserve your date and time please call (801) 422-6450 or (801) 422-9020. A non-refundable deposit of $200 is due at that time and will be deducted from your final bill. For more information, you can email us at skyroom-reservations@byu.edu.
