Powerade Retail Promotion Terms & Conditions
OFFICIAL RULES FOR RETAIL POWERADE PROMOTION
Select BYU Dining retail locations are offering reduced promotional pricing on 28 oz bottles of Powerade from January 8th – February 27th, 2025. By following the link or scanning the in-store QR code, students can enter for a chance to win $1000* towards their tuition. BYU Athletics will provide the winner two free tickets to the March 8th BYU vs Utah Basketball game to be recognized during half-time.
The $1,000* prize/award is a promotion presented by Swire Coca Cola / Powerade but will be paid directly from BYU. BYU is the sponsor of the promotion and will be responsible for distributing prize/award to the student winner(s). The BYU Fan Experience team/BYU Dining Services will collect name and email address of participant. BYU will be responsible for the fulfillment and distribution of funds to winners.
No purchase is necessary to participate.
ELIGIBILITY
1. Student Status: Participants must be currently enrolled as a student in day or night classes at the Provo, Utah, BYU Campus, and be able to provide proof of enrollment. (BYU student is defined as 6+ daytime credits in Winter 2025.)
2. Exclusions: BYU Dining employees, sponsors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
PARTICIPANT SELECTION
The tuition winner will be randomly selected by BYU Dining and notified by the end of day February 28th, 2025.
*Prize money is subject to tax reporting on a 1099-Misc Tax Form.
