Toggle ItemHow do I access mobile ordering?
Using the BYU app is the preferred way to order and will allow you to use Cougar Cash as a payment option. Download the app by searching "BYU" in the App store or Google Play store.
Once you are in the BYU app, make sure you are logged in, go to the "Dining" feature, then select the store you would like to order from.
If you would prefer to not download the BYU app, use one of the direct online ordering links above.

Toggle ItemWhere do I go to pick up my order? How will I know it is ready?
You will pick up your order at the store counter.
Most stores have a customer screen with order numbers. You will know your order is ready when your order number advances to the "Your Order Is Ready" column on the screen. You will also receive a text message if you provided your phone number when submitting the order.

Toggle ItemWhy do some stores require me to choose a pickup time?
Requiring a pickup time allows us to throttle the amount of orders received.
Due to staffing issues, many of our stores have higher demand than we are currently able to serve. This requires us to throttle the amount of orders received per time period so that people receive their food in a timely manner.
When you select a pickup time, the order will not usually send to the store immediately after you submit it. These orders are sent to the store 3-10 minutes before your pickup time so that your food will be ready at the pickup time.

Google Pay: To pay with Google Pay you will need to order outside of the BYU app using the mobile ordering links below. At checkout select "credit", then select the Google Pay icon at the top of the credit card form.
Apple Pay: Both the app and web versions of mobile ordering have issues with Apple Pay. We are working with our mobile ordering partner to fix these.

Toggle ItemWhat are partial payments? What if I accidentally leave my order after adding a partial payment?
If you have insufficient balance on a BYU card to completely pay for your order, the available balance of your card will be applied towards the order as a partial payment. You will then be asked to pay the balance on the order using a different payment method.
If you need to deposit more money on your CougarCash, we recommend that you cancel the partial payment before navigating away from the order.
If you do leave your order with a partial payment, it will not be saved when you reload your cart. Any abandoned partial payments will be automatically refunded 10-15 minutes after leaving the order.
