STUDENT EMPLOYEE NEED-BASED GRANT

Instructions

Once a year, BYU Dining Services offers student grants to assist student employees who demonstrate financial need. Last year we were able to help 10 of our student employees with grants up to $1000. If you are interested, please fill out the application linked below before March 23, 2022.

This application is done through Qualtrics. You can close and come back to your application any time before the deadline using the same device and browser. We recommend compiling the information then submitting it. This questionnaire will ask you to complete the following:

• 2020-2021 Income Report
• 2020-2021 Expense Report
• A 1-page essay that explains your financial situation
• A 1-page essay, "How I Make a Difference in the BYU Community"
• Supervisor Character Reference Form (completed by your supervisor)
• Ecclesiastical Endorsement (completed by your ecclesiastical leader)

All the information you include will be maintained as confidential and will only be reviewed by the Dining Services Student Employee Needs-Based Grant Committee. If you have any questions, contact SESO at seso@byu.edu.
