Concessions Fundraiser Information

Each year, at BYU Concessions, we use non-profit groups such as school choirs, student body councils, parent booster groups, and others to help sell concessions foods at the BYU home football games and men’s basketball games. In turn, these groups earn up to 15% of their sales to help fund their yearly activities.

There are several advantages to working with BYU Concessions to raise money for your group:

  1. All training and support is furnished by BYU.
  2. We provide all products to be sold. Groups don’t have to make the initial purchase and then resell the products.
  3. Team building activity and the opportunity for students to gain life skills.
  4. Guaranteed monthly checks are mailed out to a group provided address.
  5. No door-to-do sales, asking parents/families/friends etc. to purchase items. The sales location, equipment and 65,000 customers are provided.

Groups will need to provide personnel to be trained as leadership for their group and staff members at each of the 6 football games, as well as occasional men’s basketball games.

Fund-raising for any group can require a lot of time and resources from teachers, students and parents. Working with BYU Concessions still requires time and energy, but a lot of the planning, preparation, and all equipment and materials are provided for you. We believe our program can be an excellent addition to any fund-raising efforts that are already being done by your group.
