Welcome to our catering reservations page! Brigham’s Wagon offers two convenient catering packages to suit your event needs:
Package 1: Hamburger Package
Perfect for wedding venues, festivals, and ward or stake activities. Our truck will come to your location, and individuals can place their orders directly from the truck. Each person pays for their own food, making it a flexible and easy option for large gatherings.
Package 2: BBQ Package
Ideal for events where you want to treat your guests to a pre-paid feast. Choose from a selection of meats and sides for your event. A minimum payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. This package ensures that all food is paid for in advance, allowing you to focus on enjoying the event.

35% payment required at time of booking, the rest due a week before the event. All plates include sauce, dinner roll or corn bread, napkins, utensils, plate, salt and pepper.
