Policy
BYU Dining Services employees will follow the BYU Nepotism Policy. Dining Services will not employ a person in a position within the administrative scope of control of a near relative without an approved exception.
Refer to the BYU Nepotism Policy for the definition of “near relative”, information on the approval process for exceptions, and special procedures that must be followed by near-relative supervisors after an exception has been granted.
