Policy
Dining Services employees will adhere to the Church Educational System Honor Code. Dining Services will promote an atmosphere of professionalism, integrity, and ethical behavior in dealing with colleagues, students, administration, faculty, and the public. All forms of sexual harassment are contrary to the honor code and are prohibited.
Procedures
1. Sexual Harassment
a. Employees that encounter sexual harassment or gender-based discrimination should talk to their manager, contact the Employee Relations office (801-422-5895), or contact the Title IX office (801-422-7256).
b. Full-time employees will complete sexual harassment training annually.

2. Ecclesiastical Endorsement
All employees (full-time, part-time, and student) must have a current ecclesiastical endorsement. Ecclesiastical endorsements for non-student employees are renewed annually through an automatic process. For more information, refer to BYU’s Ecclesiastical Conditions of Employment and University Standards Policy
3. Ethics Investigations
With input and support from BYU Human Resources, Dining Services management will thoroughly investigate and document alleged ethical violations in a timely manner and follow through with appropriate corrective action.
4. Training
Unit and department management will ensure that orientation and training activities include training on professional ethics, honesty, and integrity that is relevant to job duties.
