This indicates issue in Bite-Infor connectivity.

1. Check Ethernet cord connection.
2. Restart Register 1.

This indicates issue in Infor-KDS connectivity.

1. Restart POPs box.
2. Restart an offline screen's KDS controller.

This indicates and issue in Infor-KDS connectivity.

1. Restart that screen's KDS controller.

Each POPs box, controller, and printer are connected to the network via an ethernet cord. Check to make sure that the cord is securely plugged into each device, and that the other end is plugged into a network jack or switch. If plugged into a network switch, make sure that the switch has power.

This step isn't essential, but some KDS issues are caused by employees accidentally powering off network switches or unplugging cords. It's a good thing to check before you dive into deeper troubleshooting.

Bite mobile and kiosk ordering communicate orders to Infor through Cash Register #1.

To restart the register:

• Hold down the power button (below lower left lip of register touchscreen) for 2 seconds.
• Click “force shutdown” on the touchscreen.
• Press the power button again once the screen goes dark to turn on the register.

The issue should resolve within 1 minute of the signin screen loading back up. You don't need to sign in on the register for the register to connect with the cloud.

The POPs box takes all incoming orders and routes them to the appropriate controller(s).

To restart the POPs box, hold down the power button on the front of the device until the light turns off. Then press the power button again to turn it back on.

Each KDS screen and bump bar is connected to a controller.

Aloha Plate KDS Devices

• POPs Box: Underneath register 1. The top one is for Papa John's, the lower one is for Aloha Plate.
• Order Ready Controller: Back of the order ready screen.
• Expo Controller: Back of the expo screen.

Chick-fil-A KDS Devices

• POPs Box: Below order ready screen on second shelf down, behind condiments bin.
• Order Ready Controller: Bottom shelf underneath the screen.
• Expo Controller: Mounted behind screen.
• Entrees Controller: Above the sandwich station in the back.
• Drinks Controller: Mounted behind screen.
• Fries Controller: Mounted behind screen.

Choices KDS Devices

• POPs Box: On the top shelf under register 1, towards the right, standing on its side.
• Order Ready Controller: Mounted behind screen.
• Expo Controller: Mounted behind screen.

Milk & Cookies KDS Devices

• No POPs Box (runs on register)
• Expo Controller: On the counter below the screen and to the left of the register.

Papa John's KDS Devices

• POPs Box: In Aloha Plate, underneath Register #1. There are 2 POPs boxes, the top one is for Papa John's.
• Order Ready Controller: Mounted behind screen.
• Expo Controller: Mounter behind screen.
• BOH Controller: Mounted on back of screen that is above the toppings (there are two screens).

Subway KDS Devices

• POPs Box (11): bottom shelf under register 1.
• Order Ready Controller: Mounted behind screen.
• Expo Controller: Mounted behind Expo 2 screen.
• BOH Controller: Mounted behind BOH 1 screen.

Taco Bell KDS Devices

• POPs Box: On shelf behind order ready screen.
• Order Ready Controller: On top of POPs box.
