INFORMATION & POLICIES
At Food To-Go we do our best to deliver your order with in a 30-minute window, 15 minutes before and after your delivery time. Please make sure to have someone at the delivery location 15 minutes earlier than your delivery time. Our drivers will need a signature for your order to be dropped off; they will not just leave your order unattended.*
At Food To-Go we strive to have your food ready to be picked up at the time requested. However, we do have a 15-minute window either side of your pick-up time. Please be aware that the takeaway building is only the pick-up location for the food and not the preparation area for your order. Your food may not be available for pick up if you arrive earlier than your scheduled time. This is to ensure all orders can be accommodated and that your order is as fresh as possible.
During busy times of the year—such as the holidays in December where there are concentrated times for pick-ups (particularly Friday evenings and Saturdays)—there may be times where pick-ups can take up to an hour because of the volume of orders we send out. We thank you for your patience and understanding during these peak times, and we strive to serve you efficiently and pleasantly.
Toggle ItemOrder Confirmation
BYU Food To-Go will provide an order confirmation shortly after you place your order. This confirmation lists the date and time of your order, the name of the person who ordered the food, their contact information, and any special notes that may be needed. If it’s a delivery, the delivery address will be written down. It is your responsibility to review this confirmation email to help ensure that BYU Food To-Go provides the goods and services you expect on the day and at the time you expect. When we email your order we request that you send it back confirming the information stated is correct. Confirmed orders will be assumed to be correct, for which payment will be due in full at your convenience either before or on the desired pickup date. Orders that are to be delivered must be prepaid. Please contact your sales associate with any questions or concerns.
Changes to orders that occur with less than three business days before the order date may result in additional charges of at least $15.00, if these changes can be accommodated. Also note that the charges may be more if there are additional costs to procure more products to accommodate increases in quantities.
If you need to reschedule either a delivery or pick up, this can be accommodated, however if the change is within two business days before you order date, a rescheduling fee of $15 or 30% of the order, whichever is greater, may be charged.
Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to your delivery/pickup. Cancellations after this deadline will result in a cancellation fee of $15 or 30% of the cost, whichever is greater.
BYU Food To-Go will confirm prices when you finalize your order with our office. All prices quoted by our Food To-Go consultant in a written price quote will be honored.
Payment is due at the time of service. BYU Departments and LDS Wards & Stakes will be billed through the campus financial system. Other groups may make arrangements prior to the event if billing is needed. Payment will be due in full at your convenience either before or on the desired pickup date; orders that are to be delivered must be prepaid. We accept payments made by cash, check, or charge (Visa, American Express, Discover, or MasterCard).
