What is
included in my order?
BYU Food To-Go specializes as a takeaway catering service, but does have a delivery service available. By default, paper products and utensils are not included. Don’t forget to add these to your order if needed!
Delivery fees are as follows:
-BYU Campus $15.00
-Provo $25.00
-Springville / Orem $50.00
-All other areas of Utah County $75.00
If you require a pickup later, you’ll need to pay an additional pickup fee.
Do I have to
place an order, or do you have items I can just come in and pick up?
Food To-Go features a small creamery store which has items such as brownies, cookies, and
BYU
Dairy available. However, most items we have do need to be ordered in advance.
How much
notice do you require for an order?
-Monday by 4:30 PM you can order for Thursday
-Tuesday by 4:30 PM you can order for Friday
-Wednesday by 4:30 PM you can order for Saturday
-Thursday by 4:30 PM you can order for Monday
-Friday by 4:30 PM you can order for Tuesday and Wednesday.

You will receive a confirmation about your order to the email address you provided. If you
need
to make changes or have questions about an online order, please call us and we’d be happy to
help you over the phone.
Do you
require a deposit or the full payment when I place an order?
We do not require any payment until you come to pick up your order, but you are also welcome
to
call and pay ahead of time.
Does
anything need to be returned after picking up my order?
Most items come in disposable pans or boxes, but we do have some equipment which can be
rented
and will need to be returned the following day (if this falls on a Sunday, Monday is
acceptable.) A deposit is required for all rental equipment and all but $5.00 will be
returned
to you when you bring back the items. For this refund, please bring the same card you used
to
pay the deposit.
We process a 30% cancellation fee when a customer cancels their order after 4:30 pm 3 days before their order
-After 4:30 pm on Monday for a Thursday order
-After 4:30 pm on a Tuesday for a Friday order
-After 4:30 pm on a Wednesday for a Saturday order
-After 4:30 pm on a Thursday for a Monday order
-After 4:30 pm on Friday and anytime Saturday for a Tuesday or Wednesday order
