At Food To-Go, we do our best to deliver your order at the time requested by you. We operate within a 30 minute window, aiming to complete orders 15 minutes before, or at the latest, 15 minutes after, your delivery time. Please be aware that the takeaway building is only the pick-up location for the food and not the preparation area for your order. Your food may not be available for pick up if you arrive earlier than your scheduled time. This is to ensure all orders can be accommodated and that your order is as fresh as possible.

During busy times of the year—such as the holidays in December where there are concentrated times for pick-ups (particularly Friday evenings and Saturdays)—there may be times when pick-ups can take up to an hour because of the volume of orders. We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding during these peak times, and we strive to serve you efficiently.
