About Wedding Pricing
Campus Floral has no budget minimum, however, to maintain our quality and love for our work,
we offer a standard price range. That said, prices vary dependent on size, style,
seasonality, specialty containers, and flower types. The guide below uses simple glass
containers, though we are happy to use client containers, and in some cases order specialty
containers.

Petite Bridal Bouquet
Price starting at: $160
A petite hand tied bridal bouquet featuring seasonal blooms in your choice color palette.
The petite bouquet will be about 9 inches in diameter. Secured with a simple ribbon wrap to

Standard Bridal Bouquet

A medium hand tied bridal bouquet featuring seasonal blooms in your choice color palette.

Extra Details
Cake Flowers
Price starting at: $35 (as shown), $70, $100
A collection of loose blooms that can be used to adorn your cake. $35 of cake flowers is the
standard amount for a one or two tier cake, $70 is the standard amount for a three or four
tier cake, $100 is the standard amount for a larger cake or a more lush display.
Bulk Greenery Bunches
Price starting at: $35
Greenery can be used to run down the center of a thin rectangular table or decorate an
extras table. Other greens are available at market price.
Greenery Garlands
Price Starting at: $20 per Foot
A mix of seasonal greenery designed into roped garland. Garlands will usually feature two
types of assorted greenery. Greenery garlands make a perfect lush statement to run down the
length of any rectangular table.Other greens available at market price.
Event Policies
This event policy is subject to
small-to-large-scale events, at Brigham Young University.
Rentals
All rental items should be returned in good, clean condition within a week from the event date. Any
broken or missing items are subject to a replacement fee (equal to that of a full priced container)
Order Modifications
We know events and we know things can change, however, to ensure we are able to meet our client needs
and minimize floral spoilage, we ask that no further changes be made 5 days prior to an event. In some
cases, order additions may be possible. Call and ask!
Cancellation
Events cancelled two weeks or less prior to the event date are required to pay 50% of the order total,
to cover floral costs. In some cases, if a product is not yet in transit or received, a full
cancellation without fees may be possible.
Flower/Plant Availability
Because we work with perishable goods, dependent on seasonality, weather, and sometimes, a great
distance of travel, specific flower requests may be substituted with product of similar value and/or
aesthetic.
Delivery/Setup
Depending on the size and complexity of an event, delivery and setup fees may vary. Please note that
some events require staff setup, which may incur additional costs.
Delivery Outside of Normal Business Hours
We are open at the following times:
Monday-Friday: 9 am – 5:30 pm.
Saturday: 10 am-1 pm
Sunday: Closed
Before and After-hours deliveries are subject to an additional charge. Some exceptions may apply.

Substitution Policy
This event policy is subject to small-to-large-scale events, at Brigham Young University.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind
vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will.
Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and
market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve
selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved
and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist
instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
