New dining experience in the BYU Suites (formerly known as loges)

Welcome to the new Football Suites dining experience! We are excited to serve you this football season! This new elevated experience will be a little bit different than what you are used to. Changes include:

  • Convenient Ordering and Delivery – All food will be ordered online (or on the in-suite tablet) and delivered directly to the suite.
  • Pre-Ordered Meals – Attendees will be able to preorder a meal earlier in the week, delivered to the suite during the time slot of their choice the day of the game. The menu will showcase a selection of regional cuisine specific to the visiting team, enhancing the game experience. Additionally, pre-ordering will grant access to popular menu items from beloved stadium vendors, including the BYU Creamery, Aloha Plate, Costa Vida, and Cupbop.
  • Same-Day Concessions – In addition to being offered on the pre-order menu, concessions items can be conveniently ordered on the same day through ordering tablets available in each suite.

Suites receive "Concessions Credit" to use when ordering. Watch this short video to see how you will use Concessions Credit when submitting an order:

Frequently Asked Questions

  • If you will not be attending the game and have Concessions Credit, you can transfer this to someone else. Watch this video to learn more.

  • A 15% service charge will be automatically added to your order at checkout.

    Tipping is not expected. However, if you would like to pay a tip, please add it while placing your online order. Our staff have been instructed not to accept cash tips.

  • Items on the "game day" menu will be available for purchase via preorder or on game day.

    Items on the "preorder" menus require advance preparation, so these items will not be available to order on game day.

  • The second floor concessions area has been turned into a staging area for the new "Suite Services" dining experience. You can still order many concessions items during the game using the tablet in your suite.

  • This year we will not be offering an ice cream service during halftime, but we are excited to offer our new BYU pint ice creams on both the game day and preorder menus.

  • Game day orders will be delivered to the suite when ready. These will be delivered "first come, first serve" by our Suite Services team, so you won't be asked to specify a delivery time when placing your order.
