What if I don't use all my concessions credit at the game?

Any unused credit will automatically return to the account contact to whom it was originally issued. The credit may be used until its expiration date.

If I transfer my game ticket will the new ticket holder receive my concessions credit as well?

Concessions credit does not transfer automatically with a game ticket. You must complete a separate transfer of the credit in order for the new ticket holder to access the funds. For further guidance, please view this brief video:

If concessions credit is sent to an incorrect email address, the transfer may be canceled through your wallet under the Concessions Credit Activity link. Please note that a transfer can only be canceled if the recipient has not yet accepted it.
