At Food To-Go we do our best to deliver your order with in a 30-minute window, 15 minutes before and after your delivery time. Please make sure to have someone at the delivery location 15 minutes earlier than your delivery time. Our drivers will need a signature for your order to be dropped off; they will not just leave your order unattended.*

At Food To-Go we strive to have your food ready to be picked up at the time requested. However, we do have a 15-minute window either side of your pick-up time. Please be aware that the takeaway building is only the pick-up location for the food and not the preparation area for your order. Your food may not be available for pick up if you arrive earlier than your scheduled time. This is to ensure all orders can be accommodated and that your order is as fresh as possible.

During busy times of the year—such as the holidays in December where there are concentrated times for pick-ups (particularly Friday evenings and Saturdays)—there may be times where pick-ups can take up to an hour because of the volume of orders we send out. We thank you for your patience and understanding during these peak times, and we strive to serve you efficiently and pleasantly.
