How Do I Spend Concessions Credit?

General Instructions on using Concessions Credits that apply to most use cases, including employee meals

Fans who receive Concessions Credit should receive a text message the morning of the event letting them know they have credit. Watch this video to learn how to use this credit for mobile or in-person ordering at BYU Concessions locations.

Spending Concessions Credit in person and online.mp4

  1. Go to concessions.byu.edu.
  2. Either log in or sign up using the phone number that received the Concessions Credit.
  3. To use with mobile ordering: Place your order as normal and toggle on “Concessions Credit” on the checkout screen.
  4. To use with in-person ordering:
    1. Go back to your wallet by clicking the lines in the top left and clicking “My Wallet”
    2. Click the tile for QR Code Pay
    3. Tell the cashier that you are paying with Concessions Credit
    4. Let the cashier scan the code displayed on your phone
    5. If needed, finish the transaction with a card on the register
  5. If your concessions credit does not cover your whole total, during checkout on your phone choose an additional payment method to cover your remaining balance.
