Legends Grille - Hours & Location

Dean Wright, Director of Dining Services, has spent years studying diets that comply with Doctrine and Covenants section 89, the Word of Wisdom. His efforts led him to The Harvard School of Public Health and a book, “Eat, Drink, and Be Healthy,” written by Walter Willett, M.D. It is from the work of Willett that the Legend’s Menu was created.

Based on Willett’s nutritional principles, the Legend’s Menu is designed to cater to active, athletic clientele. Dining Services teamed up with an advisory board of physicians and dietitians across the United States to complete a nutritional analysis of each menu item. The menu ensures healthy eating and is unique to Utah Valley—offering eating options that are both healthy and flavorful.

The Menu caters to the individual’s need for customized dishes. The customer can pick the exact piece of meat or fish they want and then specify how they want it prepared. The Menu also offers customized salads, pizzas, sandwiches and a wide variety of protein options to choose from. Legends Grille has developed from a healthy concept to a thriving menu, designed for living well.

Mixed greens and corn, tomatoes, black beans, onions, green peppers, and crispy fried tortilla strips served with creamy southwestern ranch dressing

Mixed greens with croutons, parmesan cheese and creamy Caesar dressing
