LOCATION


Our current location is the Northwest Corner of the Morris Center (there is no physical street address). We will have signs directing to our location. Customer parking will be located on the west side of the Morris Center.

TERMS & POLICIES

Placing Orders

  • Please place orders about one week in advance. 
  • A minimum of two days notice is required for most menu items. See our Short Notice Menu for items available with less than 48 hours notice.
  • Final counts are needed upon placement of the order.
  • Changes, adjustments or orders placed less than two days in advance will be subject to an additional service charge.
  • Consultants are available Monday - Friday from 8am  - 5pm. 
  • Orders must be placed with a consultant either in person or         over the phone at (801) 422-3156.

Picking up Orders

  • Hours for pick up are between 7am - 6pm Monday - Saturday.
  • Make sure to bring a vehicle large enough to hold your order.
  • We suggest picking up hot food orders as close to the serving  time as possible.

Other

  • Prices and menu items are subject to change without notice.
  • Short Notice Menu items are subject to the following parameters: orders must be placed with a consultant no later than noon the previous day and are limited to items from the 'Short Notice Menu', counts are limited to service for 100 people or less, and orders may be limited to will call only pending on approval for delivery from managers.
  • All food and beverage sales are final.
  • All returned, unopened paper goods are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • Brigham Young University Dining Services makes every attempt to identify ingredients that may cause allergic reactions for those with food allergies. Every effort is made to instruct our food production staff on the severity of food allergies. In addition, we label items with possible allergen-containing ingredients; however, there is always a risk of contamination. There is also a possibility that manufacturers of the commercial foods we use could change the formulation at any time, without notice. Customers concerned with food allergies need to be aware of this risk. Brigham Young University Dining Services will not assume any liability for adverse reactions to foods consumed, or items one may come in contact with while eating at any University establishments. Students with food allergies are encouraged to contact BYU Dining Services (801-422-4935) for additional information and/or support.
