Manhattan is known as a major financial and cultural center of the United States and the rest of the world. The blue line is Manhattan's subterranean transit line that connects the major financial landmarks and marketplaces in New York such as Wall Street, the Financial District, Greenwich Village, Broadway, Rockefeller Center, Times Square, the United Nations, and more. Because we are located in the Tanner Building with the Marriott School of Management and the color blue is representative of BYU, we rooted our identity in this concept. Our menu is inspired by the rich culinary traditions found in the delicatessens, and soup & sandwich shops spread throughout the Manhattan area. The Blue Line Deli & Market serves soups, hot sandwiches, salads, pies, beverages, and quick snacks to the BYU community.
We are now serving our Three Cheese Quesadilla on Mondays and Fridays!

In the next month you will notice a slight change in our soup menu at the Deli. We recently opened a new Central Service Center Kitchen on campus that will be making many of our items in the near future. We will gradually work into these changes. Once the changes are complete, we will update our Menu on our website. We are very sorry for any inconvenience.
